The Philippine Embassy will conduct a consular outreach program at the Lanna Room of the Holiday Inn Chiangmai at 318/1 Chiangmai-Lamphun Road T. Wat Kate A. Muang, Chiangmai on 3 September 2011, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
For those who can not make it to the consular services in Chiang Mai, the Embassy will conduct another consular outreach program in Chiang Rai on 4 September 2011, from 4:00 to 6:00pm (Venue:5th Floor PDA Building, Population and Community Development Association, 620/25 Thanalai Road, A. Muang, Chiang Rai 57000 {Beside Achiwa Vocational College]).
Consular services to be rendered will include the following services:1. Passports (application for new, and renewal of expiring, passports);2. Legalization of documents, including reports of civil registry documents such as report of birth, report of marriage, and report of death;3. Processing of applications for dual citizenship; and
4. Issuance of Filipino Registration (Embassy) IDs.
Filipinos in surrounding provinces are encouraged to avail themselves of the above consular outreach program.
Those who will be applying for passport are requested to bring at least one, 2×2 colored photo while those applying for Embassy IDs are requested to bring two (2), 1×1, colored photos. Please photocopy all your documents.
There is no entrance or registration fee to avail oneself of the consular services. Fees shall only be collected for actual consular services rendered.
