PUBLIC ADVISORY ON CONSULAR OUTREACH IN PHUKET

To : The Filipino community in Southern ThailandDt : 02 August 2011

The Philippine Embassy will conduct a consular outreach program at the Merlin Phuket Hotel, 158/1 Jawaraj Rd., Muang District, Phuket on 13 August 2011, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (to be extended, if necessary) and 14 August 2011, from 9:00 am to 12 noon (venue to be announced during the outreach). Consular services to be rendered will include the following:

1. Passports (application for new, and renewal of expiring, passports); 2. Legalization of documents;3. Dual citizenship; and

4. Issuance of Filipino Registration (Embassy) IDs.

Filipinos in surrounding provinces are encouraged to avail themselves of the above consular outreach program.

Those who will be applying for passport are requested to bring at least one, 2×2 colored photo while those applying for Embassy IDs are requested to bring two (2), 1×1, colored photos.  Please bring photocopies of all your original documents.

There is no entrance or registration fee to avail of the consular services.   Fees shall only be collected for actual consular services rendered. For questions or concerns about the outreach program, please contact —
